Sparks is hiring for part time evening survey center telephone interviewers. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound survey/customer service calls. Following a script, employees will be conducting surveys to follow up on patient's experience after they have visited a healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone surveys using computer-assisted telephone interviewing system
Collect complete and accurate information from the interviewees
Ability to read and follow a standardized scripts and procedures
Collect, manage and maintain confidentiality of the information gathered
Requirements:
Have solid knowledge retention skills and listening abilities
Have outstanding customer service skills and abilities and a can do attitude
Candidates must have good grammar skills and have the ability to read aloud from a script with enthusiasm
Hours are weekday (4 days per week) 6pm-10pm and Saturday 10am-5pm
